Shipping: 

Print on Demand (POD) products, usually takes between 7-14 business days for production. Additionally, depending on your location in the USA, please consider additional time for shipping, between 3-5 business days. We would appreciate your patience - we know it is hard to wait! 

Returns: 

We strive to provide the highest quality of products for you to enjoy, but we know that mistakes happen. Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we will only accept returns for items that are damaged, misprinted, or significantly different from the listing description. Unfortunately, we will not be able to receive or replace a product due to a simple change of heart. 

If the item you received is less than satisfactory, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page within 7 days from receiving your item/s. We will walk you through the steps for receiving a new product that will stand in the high standards that we seek to provide you. 

In cases when we will not be able to replace your damaged item, we will provide a refund/store credit.
